The New Collections arrive always ahead first at Morelle Mariage.
Thus, as of the end July, at the beginning of August, you will be able to discover, on our site, like in our shops of many news collections. All the Collections are in place as from semi September on our premises.
How long remains a Collection?
A Collection remains in ray one year. It is however possible to order a model which is not any more in stock if desired. A Collection remains thus available in general 2 years of continuations.
Then I make produce my dress to measures?
Morelle Mariage indeed proposes to you to make produce certain dresses to measures according to our suppliers. Your dress is then adapted to your measurements: waist measurement; turn of chest; hip measurement.
Attention, the fact of communicating your measurements to us does not state that your dress will be automatically produced to measures. Indeed, you must select “to measures” in the card produces so that your dress can be realized to measures.
Does Morelle Mariage improve T it my dress before sending it to me?
Our Dresses are New Dresses, ever worn, ever tested and produced on request. According to our marks and collections, it is possible for you to make produce your dress to measures. The fact of indicating your measurements at the time of your order on our site, allow us to check the size corresponding to that Ci.
In this direction, we never let us send altered dress to you. It is however possible for you to make us certain requests like the adjustment with your measurements, on estimate only.
Have all the dresses presented in store?

Lastly, our shops Concept Blind dispoent of a workshop of final improvement specialized on the spot with qualified personnel and having experience specific and recognized in the field of the wedding gown and the costume. In addition, our workshop are equipped with professional machines identical to those which use our supplier. This, in order to guarantee a quality of completion identical to the product.
Must I take return of shop?
It is not necessary to take return of shop, except saturdays. Indeed, saturdays are one day charged. While taking return, that allow us to go more available and, if required to propose various schedules to you. Return however will have proposed to you when your order will have been confirmed in order to take your final improvements and to make your various fittings.
How much return are necessary?
In general, starting from the moment or your order is confirmed for your wedding gown, one will count 2 to 3 make maximum.
Indeed, once your dress manufactured and delivered on our premises, our advisers contact you in order to agree on a first return of fitting and catch of final improvements.
Once the final improvements carried out, you are again contacted in order to agree on a second return.
It is the fitting here after final improvements. If that Ci is in conformity with your waitings your dress is then put in preparation for delivery.
That Ci is then sent in workshop in order to be to you delivered, passed by again and prepared for the day of your ceremony.
A last call on behalf of our advisers then invites you to come to take off your dress in shop.
A control will be carried out with you during the delivery in order to validate the integrality of your order and to validate the removal of your order.

When you place order on the site Morelle Mariage, you have the guarantee to order and receive thus on your premise, a new dress, ever worn, ever tested and produced with your request. We do not carry out final improvements on the dress which we send except with your agreement. Once gone up, the interior of the paperboard is covered with kraft paper. The Dress, whose plasticized cover is replaced by new, is deposited in the paperboard carefully, with its swifter. How to know the delivery period?
